| 摘 要： | 新阶层通过诚实劳动和合法经营对国家和社会作出了很大的贡献,成为建设中国特色社会主义的一支重要力量。新阶层政治参与在意识和欲望、能力、效果方面有自己的特征,同时也面临各种问题,新阶层必须从思想、组织、政治等方面采取相应的对策以促进该阶层实现政治参与。
