| Abstract: | The rapid development of mass media propel the evolution of languages. The emergence of neology in Network English, whose word-formation carries its own characteristics, best justifies this truth. This paper exemplifies the main features and tendencies of the word-formation of Network English, facilitating the readers to make good use of Internet. |
