| 摘 要： | 由于受外部经济环境的影响，近期我国一些地区的外汇黑市交易比较活跃，非法逃套汇屡有发生，给我国的外汇收支带来很不利的影响。本文在分析逃套汇的本质特征及其表现形式的基础上，着重探讨防范和打击逃套汇行为的措施。

| Abstract: | Owing to the influence of outer economic environments, balck-market foreign exchange and illegal arbitrage of foreign exchange by way of evasion from state control have been rampant at some regions in China, bringing about extremely unfavorable effects upon China's foreign exchang receipts and payments. This paper inquires into the wishful thinking and essential characteristics of illegal arbitrage of foreign exchange by way of evasion form state control, on which to base featured disoussions over the measures for precaution against these illegal activities and for punishment to inflict on them. |
