| 摘 要： | 团属院校在团干部教育培训中如何进一步发挥教育资源和环境资源优势，做好团干部教育培训工作，为共青团工作提供思想保证和智力支持，成为共青团广泛关注的焦点。本文提出依托团属职业院校建立培训基地，加强领导，改革创新，分层次、分类别开展团干培训，开创共青团培训工作新局面。

Under the instruction of the Party＇ s seventeenth Conference＇ s spirits, league colleges at all levels should utilize educational resources to accomplish league cadres＇educational and training task, provide crucial ideological assurance and intelligent support for league＇s all fronts. |
