| 摘 要： | 科技创新已成为增强综合国力的关键因素,创新人才的培养根本要靠教育。目前高校学生的创新精神与创新能力都较差,这有其深刻的历史和现实原因。培养大学生的创新精神与创新能力需从多方面着手,要改变只重视知识技能传授的教育观念,改革教学体系,特别是学科与专业设置和教学计划、教学内容,改革以灌输式为主的教学方法,树立新的教学质量观。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological innovation has been the key to strengthening national power. Training the innovative talents depends essentially on the level of education. The weak innovative spirit and ability of college students at present can find profound historical and realistic reasons. Efforts to cultivate the innovative spirit and ability of college students can be exerted in some ways such as the change of the e-ducational idea; reforming the teaching system, especially the design of courses and specialties, the teaching plans and the teaching contents; reforming the cramming-dominated teaching method; and establishing a new idea of teaching quality. |
