| 摘 要： | 高校对外开放既是我国社会政治经济发展的必然要求 ,又是高等教育发展国际化的必然趋势。当前高校对外开放尚存在观念、体制、管理等诸多方面的问题 ,严重制约着高校的对外开放。高等学校有必要加大对外开放的力度 ,增强自身的国际竞争力 ,努力促进高等教育的可持续发展

| Abstract: | The openness of our universities is the inevitable outcome of our national political and economic development as well as the inevitable trend of China's internationalized higher education. However, there still remain some problems concerning ideas, systems and management, thus, to sustain the development of higher education, it is vital for universities and colleges to intensify their openness and enhance their competitiveness. |
