| 摘 要： | 以美国为首的西方国家启动TTP与TTIP谈判,试图通过推行"贸易保护"对中国进行围堵,而同时"中国已陷入中等收入陷阱"的论调也大行其道。当前中国经济下行与"中等收入陷阱"无关。拉动经济重点在扩消费,必须建立扩消费的长效机制,同时要尽量减少政策掣肘。

| Abstract: | Western countries leading by USA start the TTP＆TTIP talks, trying to through the implementation of ＂trade protection＂ to contain China. At the same time, the argument that China has sunk into the ＂ Middle Income Trap＂ also popular. Chinese current economy downward is independent of ＂Middle Income Trap＂. How to pull the economy should be expanding consumption, therefore,we should establish long-term mechanism of consumption expanding, minimize the policy constraints meanwhile. |
