摘    要:近年来,伴随着互联网、智能手机等传播科技出现的新媒介赋权现象渐成研究热点。需要包括新闻传媒在内的各部门各组织共同构建起一个社会支持系统,从外部施加推力促使主体参与进来进行赋权。自我赋权与他者赋权相结合,通过"他助"往往才能更好地"自助",主体才能真正得到权能(感)的增加。应该在一个整体的视角下探索新媒介赋权的作用机制,这既包括新媒介使用与外部社会因素之间的互动过程,又包括行动者在其中的策略选择和行动逻辑,还有这种人、社会、媒介三者之间不断互动所带来的赋权结果。增权只是其中一种可能性,新媒介赋权一方面能促进主体的自主性获得,另一方面也有可能使人的主体性丧失。

Abstract:In recent years, along with the new communication technology such as Internet, smart phones, etc, new media empowerment becomes a hot research topic. It needs to build a social support system by all organizations and departments including the news media, which urges the subject to participate in the empowerment process as an outer thrust force. When self empowerment combines with others empowerment, we can acquire a better self-help under the others help, the subject will increase power and correlative feeling successfully. We should explore the mechanism of new media empowerment from an integrative perspective, it not only includes the interaction process between the new media use and external social factors, but also involves the actors' strategy choice and action logic in it, in addition the empowerment consequences brought by the constant interaction between the actors, society and media. What need points out is power's increasing is only one possibility, new media empowerment can promote the subject's autonomy, while it may make actors lose the subjectivity.
