In the rural areas of our country,backward economy and individualization of labor result in poverty,which in turn becomes a disastrous destruction and plunder to the extremely limited vegetation resources.Traditional managing mode brings about serious waste of land resources owing to the individualization of labor and limited capital investment in land.Hence,the paper holds that converting land operation forms into land entrepreneurs seems to be a realistic road for underdeveloped rural areas to relieve poverty and realize sustainable development.
