| 摘 要： | “晋钞”是民国时期由山西省银行发行的一种纸币 ,它对山西的经济发展曾起过不可低估的推动作用 ,但由于种种原因 ,它最终面临贬值改版的命运。究其原因 ,首先是机构运行与规章制度脱节 ;其次是人为因素作梗 ,导致“晋钞”毛荒 ;再次 ,对各金融业的不合理限制加速其贬值的过程

| Abstract: | Shanxi paper money" is a kind of paper money that was issued in early days of the Republic of China,and had made a pushing function to Shanxi's economic development.But for all cases,it faced with devaluation at last.What are its reasons? The first is that the organizational operation was divorced from the rules and regulations;the second is that an artificially imposed obstacle led to devaluation;then,the irrational restriction to all kinds of finanical occupations sped up their devaluating processes. |
