| 摘 要： | 本文详细论述了加强澜沧江-湄公河次区域环保立法的必要性,立法的基本原则以及澜沧江-湄公河次区域环保应主要制定的法律法规。认为加强澜沧江-湄公河次区域的环保立法应注意遵循尊重生态规律等五项原则。
