| Abstract: | This thesis is based on full - time higher education to explain the dual properties of upgraded education and reveal the orientation of it. The upgraded education, different from the undergraduate education and vocational education, is the contin- uation and deepening of vocational education. It emphasizes changing the training courses, teachers, teaching evaluation system and teaching management of upgraded education. |
