摘    要:在不同的历史时期,教育公平有不同的内涵和要求。当前,我国在教育公平面临的问题主要有:教育权利在事实上的不平等、教育机会的不平等、教育过程的不平等、教育效果的不公平四个方面。新形势下实现教育公平的基本途径是增加义务教育阶段的时间,从教育的起点上实现教育公平;调整教育资源的布局,增加城镇的教育资源,实现教育机会的公平;增加优质教育资源,逐步实现教育过程的公平;大力发展职业教育,促进教育效果公平的实现。

Abstract:In different historical periods, education equity has different connotations and requirements. At present, in terms of fair education, our country is mainly faced with the following four problems. Education rights are not equal, education chances are not equal, education processes are not equal, and education effects are not equal. Under the new circumstances, the basic ways to realize education equity are to prolong the time for compulsory education, making sure that education is fair from the starting point ; to adjust the education resources layout, to increase the town education resources to realize the fairness of educa- tion opportunity ; to increase the high quality education resources to gradually realize the fairness of education process ; and to de- velop vocational education, promoting the realization of equitable education effect.
