| 摘 要： | 陶行知认为,学生自治就是学生组成团体,大家学习自己管理自己.学生自治是培养共和国的公民所必需,也是培养学生的品德和能力所必需.但学生自治如果办得不妥当,就会发生争权、学生与学校对峙、闹意气等弊端.所以,学校应将学生自治当作大事来抓.他本人也在育才学校进行了学生自治的教育实验.陶行知关于学生自治的思想与实践,既具有历史意义更具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | TAO Xing-zhi holds that students' self-government means they should supervise themselves.Students' self-government is a necessity to the training of Chinese citizens,to the cultivation of their ethics and abilities.However,if students cannot govern themselves well,such problems will appear as students' fight for power,confrontation between students and school,and students' willfully improper actions.Therefore,students' self-government should be treated as an important matter.TAO Xingzhi himself has practiced such thought in Yucai School.His thought and practice of students' self-government is of both historic and practical significance. |
