| 摘 要： | 企业生态化是环境保护认识上的一个飞跃，也是我国经济和企业可持续发展的一项战略选择。创建生态企业，实现企业生态化转型，必须从生产和管理两个角度建立生态化的企业内部机制，从生态经济教育、生态化法律体系、生态消费观念、社会价格形成机制、财政金融政策和社会配套服务体系等方面建立企业外向机制。

| Abstract: | the enterprise ecosystem is a leap forward on the understanding of environmental protection, but also is a strategic choice of China's economy and enterprises for sustainable development. In order to create eco -enterprises and realize ecological management of enterprises, we must establish the internal mechanism of enterprise ecosystem from both production and management perspective, and set up the external mechanism of enterprise ecosystem in terms of the ecological and economic education, the ecological legal system, the ecological consumption concept ,social price formation mechanism, financial and monetary policies and social service system and so on. |
