| 摘 要： | 工资问题事关全局 ,由国家通盘考虑 ,统一部署。建国初期至“文革”以前 ,我国的工资改革经历了包干制———货币工资制 ;上世纪 6 0年代初期 ,又对货币工资制进行了调整。本文分析了上述工资制度的利弊 ,为我国现阶段分配制度的革命性变革 ,提供历史借鉴。

| Abstract: | The distribution of wages is a matter of overall importance.The government takes it into all-round consideration.From the early days of the PRC to the eve of the Cultural Revolution,the wage system in our country had been transformed from a system of payment partly in kind and partly in cash into the money wage system.During the 1960's,the money wage system was adjusted.This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the above-mentioned wage systems and provides some historical reference for the reform of the destribution system in China at the present stage. |
