| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业已经成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。我国产业结构的调整、经济体制的转型、高等教育的持续扩招、相关制度和培养模式的滞后等多种因素 ,使得高校毕业生就业形势凸显严峻。政府、高校、用人单位及毕业生等各方面必须把握高校毕业生就业的特点 ,认真分析高校毕业生就业过程中出现的新情况和新问题 ,协同努力 ,采取有效措施 ,做好高校毕业生就业工作。

| Abstract: | The employment of university graduates has been one of main concerns of today's society as a whole. The adjustment of our industrial structure, the transformation of economic system, the increasing tertiary education enrollment size, the lag of related systems and educational modes and channels, among many other factors, all help to worsen the problem. Governments, tertiary institutions, employing units, university graduates and other parties concerned should pay attention to the new trends and features in the graduation employment, meticulously analyze the new situations and new problems, and do a better job in helping our graduates find jobs through concerted efforts and effective measures. |
