摘    要:组织结构模式是指社会组织的组织结构的典型形式。现代组织结构模式主要有事业部式、矩阵式、多维立体式和自由式等四种。组织结构模式的心理效应 ,是指各种组织结构模式对社会组织中不同层次的管理者以及普通组织成员的心理活动所具有的积极或消极的影响作用。不同的组织结构模式具有不同的心理效应。本文对四种组织结构模式的心理效应问题作了分析。

Abstract:Organization's Structure Mode refers to the typical mode of organizing structure of social organization. Modern organization's structure mode has four main styles. They are course Department Structure mode, rectangle Structure mode, multi Dimensional Structure mode, and Free Structure mode. The psychological effects of organization's structure mode means the active or passive effects, which are always acted by the various Organization's Structure Modes, to the managers in different class as well as the common members in the social organizations.Different Organization's structure mode has different psychological effects. This episode made analysis on the various psychological effects acted by the four modes of Modern Organization's Structure.
