| Abstract: | A complete commercial contract indudes the following important conditions:the party concerned and the agent must be qualified;the content muse be legal;the form must be complete;and the party concerned must reach consensus through consulting on the basis of equality.In practice,the complete commercial contracts are rare.This paper explains the validity of incomplete commercial con tract. |
