| 摘 要： | 本文针对单一资源一次性消耗应急系统调度问题,在考虑"应急时间最早"、"参与出救点最少"以及可能存在多可行方案的基础上,分析应急响应成本组成并将其作为对方案优劣评价的修正,建立了基于成本修正的应急物流物资响应决策模型,从仿真算例及其分析结果来看,该方法模型有效地解决了多可行方案问题。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the earliest emergency response,the fewest rescue sites involved and the possibility of multiple feasible solutions,an optimal decision model of resource response in emergency logistics with cost constrained is established by analyzing emergency response cost elements and considering emergency response cost as a modification to the assessment of the solutions.A simulation example is set with confirmed results,proving that this model can effectively address the issue of multiple feasible solutions. |
