基于复杂网络的绩效考核分析

摘    要:绩效考核是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。把握绩效考核的原则、方法、标准和程序,有利于增强绩效考核的效度和信度,提高组织的工作效率和个人的综合素质。绩效评估后期结果的分析是考核的目的所在,如何进行快速有效的分析是保证绩效考核意义的关键。利用复杂网络中隶属网的理念,建立一个员工考核指标的隶属网,利用加权网络的点权度分布考核结果进行直观、快速的分析。

The Analysis of Performance Appraisal in Affiliation Networks
Abstract:Performance appraisal is an important part of human resources management. It is advant-ageous to increase the faith of the appraisal , increase the efficiency of organization and synthetically quality of personnel through holding of the rules, methods, standards and procedure. The analysis of the results is the purpose of performance appraisal. It is a key issue to assure that the analysis is rapid and efficient. This paper uses the thought of affiliation network in complex networks and establishes an affiliation network between the staffs and appraisal indicators. It also analyzes the results of perf-ormance appraisal through using the distribution of vertex weights in weighted networks.
