摘    要:文章采用优势视角的理论模式,探讨了在社会工作实务领域发现、评估、发展残疾人优势的可能性和基本技术。在实践层面,研究者以广州市某康复学校脑瘫儿童为研究对象,采用参与式观察和深度访谈的方法,对残疾人群的优势资源进行评估,并详细设计了社会工作者介入的个案、小组等具体方案。

Abstract:From perspective of the advantage theory,this article explores the potential and practice in discovering,evaluating and developing the strong points and abilities of the disabled in the scope of social work.The researchers' study of the children with cerebral palsy at rehabilitation school in Guangzhou and evaluate their advantages.The activity involves participant observation,in-depth interview and setting up of intervention programs either at individual or group level.
