| Abstract: | This paper discusses the situation agricultural colleges and universities face in financial management and the existing problems in this aspect. It points out that facing the new situation the financial managers should develop and adhere to humanism, strategic money matter management and mentality of market economy and information. Also, this paper, on a macroscale, puts forward eight measures on how to strengthen financial management in order to make sure that the cause of education of agricultural colleges and universities can develop in a sustainable way. |
