| 摘 要： | 中国政党制度的完善和优化是中国政治现代化进程中必须认真考虑和解决的问题。在新形势下,中国政党制度建设面临着新情况、新问题。完善和优化中国政党制度,必须处理好共产党的领导和民主党派的自主性之间的关系,必须加强共产党自身的民主制度建设,还必须强调各民主党派的努力和表现的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Optimization and Perfection of Chinese Political Party System must be carefully taken into consideration and solved in the procedure of modernization of Chinese Politics. Chinese Political Party System encounters new circumstance, new problems under the new situation. To realize that aim, it's essential to well cope with the relation between CPC's leadership and Democratic Parties' autonomy, strengthen the democratic political construction of CPC itself ,and emphasize the endeavor and significance of Democratic Parties. |
