摘    要:为设计出更合理的快开门装置上法兰结构,文章利用拓扑优化技术对上法兰结构进行优化设计。根据快开门上 法兰的受力与约束情况,对某蒸压釜上法兰的原始结构进行了静力分析,并根据分析结果建立上法兰的拓扑优化概念模 型;在上法兰拓扑优化结果的基础上,根据加工制造要求对上法兰进行了二次设计;将二次设计后的上法兰新结构与原 始结构进行对比分析。结果表明:新结构在最危险截面处一次局部薄膜应力和一次加二次应力均有所下降;并且,质量 较原始结构减轻了23. 2%。

Abstract:ln order to obtain more reasonable topology of upper flange in tooth-lockde quick-actuating closures, topology optimization of upper flange was carried out in this paper. According to the loads and constraints of the upper flange, original structure static analysis of the upper flange of vapour pressure caldron was carried out and the conceptual model was built. Based on the result of topology optimization and manufacturing requirement. the part was re-designed. Compared the static analysis results of the original design with re-designed structure.it shows that in the most dangerous section both primary local membrane stress and primary + secondary stress decrease. the weight is reduced by 23.2% .
