压力容器数字化液压试验系统

摘    要:针对目前压力容器液压试验过程中,传统的人工操作存在试验效率低下,试验结果误差较大的情况,提出了基于 微型计算机控制技术的压力容器数字化液压试验系统。采用传感器技术实现了对试验过程中压力和温度数据的数字化 采集;运用微型计算机控制技术设计自动控制模块,实现对试验过程的自动控制和管理;使用串口通信技术实现上位机 与下位机之间的数据交换。仿真结果显示该系统性能稳定,使用方便,试验结果精确可靠。系统能够有效提高压力容器 液压试验的效率,确保试验结果的准确性。

Abstract:Considering the traditional manual operation low efficiency and larger error in the hydraulic test of pressurevessel. The digital hydraulic pressure vessel test system based on micro-computer control technology was proposed. Byusing computer technology, the management system is designed. Sensor technology was adopted to implement digitalacquisition of temperature and pressure. The automatic control module accomplished automatic test. Adopted serialcommunication technology to realize data exchange between the upper computer and the lower computer. The simulationresults show that the system is stable, easy to use, reliable and accurate. The system can effectively improve theefficiency of the pressure vessel hydraulic test and guarantee the accuracy of the test results.
