也谈互联网上的维吾尔文拉丁字符问题

本文针对《互联网上的维吾尔文拉丁字符问题》(《民族语文》2002.2)一文中提到的两套网上维文拉丁字符的合理性问题,从拉丁字母读音的国际习惯、维吾尔语的语音特点、字母使用的经济原则、拉丁字母的国内使用情况、地名“单一罗马化”的要求等几个方面进行了分析,指出了它们各自的长处和不足,并在此基础上对网上维文拉丁字符提出了一点看法。

On Romanizing Uygur Writing in Internet

With regard to the two main sets of Uygur writing romanization used in internet mentioned in the paper The Problem on Uygur Writing in Roman Used in Internet (published in Journal of Minority Language of China, 2nd issue, 2002), this paper analyzes this problem from the perspective of the international consistent pronunciation of Roman letters, the phonetic characteristics of the Uygur language, the economy principle of using letters, the use of Roman letters in our country, the demands of the principle of Pure Romanization. It points out the advantages and disadvantages of the two sets, and puts forward suggestions of how Uygur writing can be romanized.
