| 摘 要： | 农战思想是法家的支柱思想之一，厉行农战也是秦国得以吞并六国、一统天下的重要政治举措。然而，在以商鞅、韩非为代表的晋法家的农战思想被学界反复论及的同时，作为齐法家代表作的《管子》中的农战思想却一直没有得到足够重视。而《管子》的农战思想与商、韩既有一定的联系，又有本质的不同，它以民生富裕为核心，以“兴德”为体，以“轻重”为用，同样形成了其自身独特的思想体系。

| Abstract: | The thought Nongzhan(taking agricultural cultivation as the main tactic and the base of fighting) is one of the representative ideas of Legalism in Pre-Qin period,and the policy of Nongzhan is also an important factor for the unification of Qin state.
