中国学习型社会的背景研究

摘    要:中国正在积极地向学习型社会前进.学习型社会形成的过程和方式与其发展的社会背景密切相关.不同的社会背景有着不同的形成条件和取向.中国学习型社会的形成有其社会文化基础、内在依据、运动轴心、载体和途径,在经济全球化、网络社会化、教育大众化的发展趋势下,中国学习型社会的构建之路应主要围绕学习型组织及其网络社会的治理而展开.

Abstract:China is advancing toward a new phrase of building the learning society actively. the process and mode of the form of learning society is firmly related with its developing social backgrounds. The different social background has its different forming conditions and orientation. Moreover, it proves that the forming of China learning society has its own necessary factors, which include social and cultural bases, inner foundations, as well as developing centre, carriers and approaches. Under the trends of the economic globalization, networking socialization and educational popularization, the construction way of learning society revolutionary should be processed around the learning organization and management of network society.
