| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍突发性环境污染事故的概念、类型与特性的基础上,评析了中国突发性环境污染事故应急立法中存在的主要问题,并总结国外相关立法的主要特点和发展趋势,从而进一步构建出中国突发性环境污染事故应急立法的框架,提出完善应急立法的有效措施.
