| Abstract: | After China's admission to WTO, the development and prosperity of the periodical press industry in our country cannot do without the promoting and guaranteeing effect of the copyright law. The main roles the copyright law plays on the periodical press industry are: adjusting the interests of the periodical press, maintaining order of the periodical press, promoting the efficiency of the periodical press, ensuring the justice of the periodical press, and realizing the freedom of the periodical press. |
