The author expounds the ways to improve the quality of journals: strengthening innovation consciousness and promoting academic innovation; building elite consciousness and establishing prestige strategies; guaranteeing the quality of editing and processing, and improving the quality of editors; realizing informationalized management and advancing journals' development. |
