建立适应市场经济的公平与效率相统一的公平观

公平与效率是一对很难协调的矛盾,是世界各国发展经济所面临的现实问题,我国在经济体制转轨时期,这对矛盾十分突出,正确认识和处理两者之间的关系,对社会主义经济建设影响很大,适应社会主义市场经济的科学公平观应当是一方面能够最大限度地满足效率要求,另一方面又同时有能够兼顾社会公平的效率与公平相统一的新型公平观。

Establishing a fairness viewpoint that fairness and efficiency should be consolidate to suit market economy

Fairness and efficiency a pair of contradiction are difficult to coodinate as a realistic problem faced by every developing country in the world.The contradiction becomes considerably conspicuous during the period of transformation of economic system in China,becaust it will influence socialist economic construction greatly.It is necessary to recognize and handle the relationship between faimess and efficiency properly.This paper proposes some suggestions on how to establish a scientific faimess vies based on the principle of "efficiency first,while giving consideration to impartiality".
