| 摘 要： | 我国饭店行业发展迅速,对高素质的经营管理人才需求非常旺盛。然而本来应该是迎合这一需求的大批旅游管理专业本科毕业生在饭店行业的就业率却很低,供需双方契合失灵。契合失灵对高校教育、饭店行业以及大学生等各方会造成诸多负面影响。从饭店职业特点因素、社会观念因素、供给方因素和需求方因素等四个角度可以剖析出造成供需失灵的相关影响因素。为了能够达到良好的契合,高校、大学生和饭店三个方面必须协同努力积极探索对策,从而获得"多赢结局"。

| Abstract: | Hotel industry in China is developing rapidly,which requires a lot of managers of high quality.However,the employment rate of the undergraduates who major in tourism management is very low.The unbalance between the market supply and demand result from four related factors:the characteristics of hotel,the social opinion,the supply side and the demand side.This paper analyzes the negative effects and discusses the solutions. |
