| 摘 要： | 管理文化在多校区运作和高校整体发展中发挥积极功能。当前基于多校区的管理文化建设面临普遍缺失的困境,从统筹新老校区建设、创新制度文化与执行力文化、完善绩效评估与激励机制、培育员工归属情感等方面,积极寻找构建多校区管理文化的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Management culture is of great importance to the multi-campus operation and the comprehensive development of a school.Considering the fact that management culture is lacking in most multi-campus schools,we need spare no efforts to seek effective means of constructing the multi-campus management culture through well-planned construction of both the old and new campuses,innovation of the institution and implementation culture,improvement of the performance evaluation and stimulation mechanism and cultivation of the employees' sense of belonging. |
