| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区生态系统丰富多样,但生态环境脆弱,自然资源破坏严重。生态环境保护立法,少数民族地区最有发言权。所以,各民族自治地区应该充分行使国家赋予的变通、补充立法权,加快对本地区生态环境的特色立法,以实现少数民族地区生态系统的良性循环。

| Abstract: | The ecological system in minority regions is very rich.But the ecological environment is fragile and the natural resources are badly damaged.Minority regions have the special right to say for the lawmaking for protecting ecological environment.Therefore,each minority autonomous regions should make full use of the versatile and complementary legislation right granted by the central government so as to fasten the lawmaking with their own character.In this way,a good circle of ecological system could be established in minority regions. |
