| 摘 要： | 介绍中国古代休闲、现代休闲的要素、发展、特征、意义,以及休闲学研究的概况。休闲是人类生活最终的目的,而工作是为了生存的需要,工作本身不是目的,工作也是为休闲做好准备。文化的发展是依赖文化在休闲之中扩展,一定程度上可见发展休闲的重要性。
