摘    要:信任和声誉是一对既密切相关又显著不同的概念。信任是人与人之间实现合作的基础,也是市场经济和谐运转的前提之一。信任的"在场"不仅能够减少达成合作的"摩擦力",而且起到了拓展人的"场域"的作用。声誉是市场经济中一种信号机制,良好的声誉可以增加承诺的可信度。同时声誉也是一种无形的资本,能够给其载体带来更多的潜在信任。二者在一定条件下可以实现良性互动,通过对信任和声誉的定性逻辑探讨,得出了信任是声誉的源泉,声誉是信任产生的重要因素的结论。

Abstract:Trust and reputation are a pair of concepts which are closely related but distinct to each other. Trust is the basis for people to cooperate between each other. It is also the premise of harmonious operation for market economy. The "presence" of trust can not only reduce the "friction" to stimulate cooperation, but also expand the "field effect" of humans. Reputation is a signaling mechanism in market economy. Good reputation can enhance the credibility of commitments. In addition, reputation is a kind of intangible capital, which can bring the carrier more potential trust. Under certain conditions, the two sides can produce benign interaction. Based on the qualitative logic exploration of trust and reputation, the conceptions are reached, that is, trust is the source of reputation, and reputation is an important factor leading to the production of trust.
