社会工作专业教育课程设计模式的人文主义取向

摘    要:社会工作专业教育课程设计模式的讨论与探索对于本土化社会工作专业人才的培养规格相当重要。尽管在西方社会工作专业教育发展的历程中出现过很多有特色的模式,但专业本身的性质决定了社会工作教育课程设计模式必须更多的强调实践与反思。本文认为人文主义取向是建构当下适合中国本土化和符合社会工作专业人才培养目标教育模式必须要考虑的主要因素。

Abstract:Discussion about the pattern of social work professional education curriculum design and the culture specification probing to localization of Social Work professionalization are pretty important. Despite of many characteristic patterns had appeared in course developing in west social work professional education, self character has decided social work educating curriculum design pattern to emphasize practice much more and rethink profoundly. This article thought that the humanism choosing has being the main foctor on construction what is suitable to the localization instantly and conforms to social work professional training objective.
