| 摘 要： | 我国普通高等院校学费制定标准问题已经成为社会关注的热点问题。依据普通高等院校培养过程的特点分析影响其学费制定的因素，以我国高校经济类专业为例建立普通高校学费的计量模型，以北京市高校相关数据进行实证研究进而提出进一步加强对我国普通高校学费管理的五项措施：创新学分收费制度、完善优秀大学生贫困补助制度、强化我国普通高校学费管理、加大国家财政对普通高校的投入、适当控制普通高校招生规模的增长速度。

| Abstract: | The problems of the tuition-making standard in common universities have become a hot issue that the whole society concerns about. According to the characters of cultivation process, the faetors that influence its constitution of the fees are analyzed. Taking the economics major in universities as an example, the econometric modal is established; the empirical study is conducted to relative data of universities in Beijing, and five measures are put forward to further reinforce the management of tuition of universities in our country; innovating credit charging system, perfecting the subsidy system for poor excellent college students, consolidating the management of tuition of universities, enlarging the national finance＇s input to universities, appropriately controlling the growth speed of the scale of enrollment. |
