| 摘 要： | 在分析河北省普通高校教师总量、结构、学科分布及梯队建设的基础上，提出要以科学发展观为指导，转变观念，创新机制体制，加强高校教师培养使用，建设高校教师市场，实施“高层次创造性人才工程”，进一步完善教师队伍配置和管理等措施来加快河北省普通高校教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the total amount, structure, subject distribution, and the forces construction, it is put forward that we should take the scientific concept of development as guidance, transform the concept, innovate mechanism, strengthen the cultivation and using of college teachers, construct the market, implement ＂the project of high-level creative talents＂, and further perfect the configuration and administration of the teaching staff, so as to speed up the construction of the teaching staff in colleges of Hebei Province. |
