技术师范学院植物保护教育问题及对策

必须站在新的高度来审视我国技术师范学院植物保护教育和其自身的发展趋势、面临的新问题和新要求。职技师院植物保护教育面临教学队伍建设薄弱，教材与教学内容滞后，教学方法和手段有待改善，实践教学环节薄弱，生源质量有待提高等诸多问题。只有通过以人为本，加强师资队伍建设，积极推进教材建设和教学内容改革，充分利用现代化教学手段，加强实践教学，鼓励教师开展科学研究工作，努力提高中等职业技术学校农科生生源质量等对策和措施，才能提高技术师范学院植物保护教育办学水平，使植物保护师范教育特色更加鲜明。

Problems and Solutions of Education of Plant Protection at Vocational Normal Colleges

New trend, problems and requirements of the education of plant protection at vocational anu technical normal colleges should be evaluated at a new view point in China. The education of plant protection in vocational and technical normal college are facing the main problems as follows; weak teacher teams, outdated teaching materials and teaching contents, methods and means of teaching need to be improved, weak practice teaching, student quality need to be improved, and so on. Based on people-oriented, strengthening construction of teacher teams, reform on teaching contents and methods , full use of modern teaching methods, improving abilities of practice teaching, encouraging teachers to carry out scientific research, improving quality of new students in secondary vocational schools and so on are main strategies and measures which are able to highlight teaching characteristics and improve teaching level of education of plant protection of vocational and technical normal colleges.
