新就业形势下蔬菜栽培课程的教学改革

在新的就业形势下，对蔬菜栽培课的教学改革进行了实践和探索，从学生的思想教育、教学内容、教学方式、教学观念和知识的应用价值等方面进行改革，在课程学习的过程中做到精理论、熟技能、强实践和重创新，改变过去大学生被动学习、重考分、轻能力的现象，使其适应新时代对大学生的要求，提高学生学习专业的积极性和就业率。

Teaching Reform of the Course of Vegetable Cultivation under the New Challenge of Employment

The practice arid exploration were carried out on the curriculum of vegetable cultivation under me new challenge of employment. The teaching reform should be brought into effect from the aspects of ideology education of the undergraduates, the teaching contents, the teaching mode, the teaching opinion and the applicable value. During the learning process, we should master theories, be familiar with special skills, strengthen practices and encourage innovations so as to change the phenomena as inactive studying, weighting scores and lightening abilities and make students be fit for the requirement of the new times. It is important to stimulate students＇ enthusiasm to study the knowledge and to increase the employment rate.
