| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来,我国GDP已经突破两万亿大关,综合国力明显增强,工业生产对GDP的贡献度日益提高,已经进入到"工业反哺农业"的新阶段."工业反哺农业"反哺什么?笔者认为,增加农村公共产品供给是"工业反哺农业"的必然选择,并在此基础上提出了"实施工业反哺农业"战略,增加农村公共产品供给的对策与建议.

| Abstract: | China's conventional economy is based on agriculture, and its industry has always been fostered by farming. In the 21st century, the trend is being reversed. With increasing contributions made by manufacturing to the GDP, industry is now beginning to "feed" agriculture. The paper investigates the main alternatives with which manufacture helps farming grow in this new environment. |
