骨髓内微血管在骨折愈合中的形态变化

摘    要:本实验用兔24只,4只采用墨汁灌注法,观察骨髓内微血管;其余20只制备骨折模型,于3、8、18、28、42天后处死,观察骨折后髓内微血管变化情况.结果表明:当骨折损伤滋养动脉,髓内及皮质深层2/3供血阻断时,髓内微血管却增多、扩张,在整个骨折愈合时期(3—42天),髓内微血管密度高于正常密度.从而表明骺与干骺端之间丰富的微血管吻合,在骨折愈合侧枝循环的建立中,具有非常重要的作用.

Abstract:The reports were more lacking on the vascalar changes of intramedullaryvessels aftar fracture. The experiment involved 24 rabbits, 4 rabbits were killed andperformed ink perfusion on artery of femur to survey the blood vesseles of intramedullaryvessels. The others received simulated fracture on tibia and sacrified respectively3, 8, 18,28, 42 days after operation to survey the vascular changes of intramedullary vessels. Theresults were as follows:the blood supply to bone marrow and inner 2/3 of conical bonewas cut off while fracture, the intramedullary vessels of metaphysis show a markedincrease and dilatation. The microvascular density during fracture(3-42day )was higherthan normal microvascular density. It suggested that abundant microvascular anastomosebetween metaphysis and diaphsis were importance to the reconstruction of the collateralcirculation in fracture healing.
