水文化传播与水利风景区建设

水文化传播与水利风景区建设问题成为一重要课题。文章研究认为：第一，水文化传播具有新的丰富内涵；第二，水利风景区建设与水文化传播之间是相互促进的关系；第三，水利风景区建设与管理在价值认识、科学规划、水文化内涵、旅游特色、持续有效管理等方面存在问题；第四，突出水文化元素、重视水文化传播是水利风景区建设的关键，应在水文化资源的挖掘、水生态水环境保护、资源整合、宣传、水利旅游、假日经济、水文化传播途径、水文化教育与培训等方面进一步加强。
