论微观教学过程质量监测与评价

摘    要:该文在宏观重视高校本科教学质量的前提下,讨论了微观教学过程中教学质量监测的特点,并且指出它的科学性、公正性和公开性对提高教学质量是十分重要的。针对目前使用的微观教学过程教学质量评价指标,着重分析了它的不足与难点,认为其问题主要集中在概念模糊、科学性不强、超过学生的理解能力和统计样本不均匀。该文提出了一套新的微观教学过程教学质量评价指标,它共有10项,分别由学生、教师、督导和同行完成,新指标的科学性、公正性和公开性比旧指标更强。

Abstract:Under the background of attaching importance to teaching quality of undergraduate courses, the paper states the characteristics of quality inspection for micro-teaching process. The scientific spirit, equity and publicity are important to the teaching quality. Aiming at the guidelines of the appraisement, the paper analyzes its deficiency and difficulties. The problems mainly center on the blurred concept, low scientific spirit,beyond comprehension and uneven samples. Finally, the paper gives an new guideline of quality appraisement for micro-teaching process. It includes 10 terms, and will be finished by students, teachers, directors and supervisors. Compared with the old guideline, it has higher scientific spirit, equity and publicity.
