经济全球化对收入分配的影响及其对中国的政策启示

随着全球化的深入发展,人们对全球化的疑虑日益增强。其中,全球化对收入分配格局的影响是人们普遍疑虑的重要方面。在全球化的过程中,一些国家（包括发达国家和发展中国家）的收入分配格局确实恶化了。事实上,在全球化的过程中,如果战略和政策得当,收入分配格局就不至于恶化。根据国际经验,中国要想避免“入世”之后收入分配格局恶化的局面,必须制定和执行包括普遍受益的外贸外资政策在内的一系列适当的发展政策。

Influence of Economic Globalization on Income Distribution and Its Enlightenment to Policy in China

With the development of economic globalization, the uncertainties caused by globalization have increased day by day. Of those uncertainties, influence of globalization on the income distribution is a generally concerned one. In the process of globalization, some countries really confront with a situation of deteriorated income distribution. However, things will not go worse if proper strategy and policy are carried out. According to international experiences, China, if the government wants to avoid the deteriorated income distribution after its accession to WTO, must lay down and carry out a series of policies in which common benefited policy of foreign trade and foreign capital should be involved.
