| 摘 要： | 利用外资过程中如何维护产业安全,美、日、韩、墨西哥四国有较好的借鉴经验.为维护产业安全,虽然四国都强调市场机制在资源配置中的作用,但对FDI的政府管制无处不在;各国政府都致力于限制外资法律措施的颁布,从法律角度给予本国产业保护;各国在主导产业发展过程中都努力减轻对外资的依赖.

| Abstract: | In the case of how to protect industrial security during the course of the utilization of foreign capital,the governments of US,Japan,Korea and Mexico have some good experience.In order to maintain industrial security,although the four countries emphasize the role of market mechanisms in the resource allocation,the government control of FDI is ubiquitous.In order to exert protection of domestic industries in a legal manner,these governments make every effort to limit the promulgation of laws and regulations... |
