| 摘 要： | 在实际的运行过程中，由于劳动力市场发展的滞后，出现了劳动力市场中严重的城乡分隔。通过对劳动力市场城乡分隔的表现及原因分析，结合中国劳动力流动制度的变迁，分析了劳动力市场的城乡分隔对劳动力市场运行机制的影响。

| Abstract: | In the course of practical operation, the delay in the development of labour market has resulted in the serious urban-rural separation in China's labour market. In this paper, by analyzing the causes and effects of the urban-rural separation in labour market, and taking into account the changes of China's labour-migrating system, an elaboration is made on the influence of urban-rural separation in labour market on the operational mechanism of China's labour market. |
